Roles and Responsibilities 01

Planning and Mobilizing the Project
- Co-ordination with project team for the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly programs.
- Interpretation of drawings and ensuring execution as per the drawings.
- Execution of works as per approved method statement. Supervision and monitoring of construction works, ensuring adherence to quality.
- Development of overall site plan in line with budget / construction schedule for assigned Section.
- Reporting daily progress and maintaining Daily Progress Report (DPR).
- Coordination with consultants and clients with Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and request for information (RFI) validations.
- Co-ordination with consultants, sub-contractors, and clients.




- Establishment of project infrastructure as per contract / work requirement.
- Coordinating with client representative to start the work as per the base schedule, land acquisition and for other consents to fulfil statutory and contractual requirements.
- Obtaining mandatory licenses, approvals and clearances required for project establishment (Across functions) from State / Central Govt departments (as applicable and as per contractual provisions).

Executing work at site ensuring adherence to quality norms
- Preparing the workplan.
- Studying and understanding the contract, technical specifications and executing the respective activity at site accordingly.
- Understanding the methodology for major activities provided in the contract and executing the work as per approved methodology.
