Define and allocate Share of Business (SOB) to transporters based on strategic logistics requirements, service capabilities, and operational alignment
* Assist plant team in outbound logistics planning to ensure timely dispatches and optimal vehicle utilization
* Coordinate with OEMs to align logistics plans with upcoming sales demand and production schedules
* Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for improving delivery timelines and operational efficiency
* Drive strategy to increase trailer capacity by identifying fleet gaps, optimizing deployment, and engaging new partners
* Manage key stakeholders including transporters and business associates to ensure service compliance, resolve operational issues, and maintain solid working relationships
* Collaborate with transporters, plant operations, and OEMs to ensure seamless execution of outbound logistics and alignment with business goals
