Implement the retail SOPs and provide a seamless customer shopping experience to deliver on the sales for the store
Summary of Role Responsibilities • Drive the sales budgets and sell thru for the assigned brands • Provide feedback on product performance of the previous season to the relevant stakeholders • Adhere to the retail SOPs, retail standards, floor hygiene standards and processes for the store (including omni channel SOPs and processes) • Implement and maintain the planogram as per the defined guidelines • Receive, maintain and handover stock as per the defined process • Take required actions to control shrinkage and damage as per defined norms • Implement the recommended actions with reference to rapid moving and slow moving ranges • Adhere to the defined standards of customer service • Communicate the marketing promotions as per defined guidelines • Share feedback on the marketing promotions for necessary actions • Provide support to the floor staff to deliver on the job




Key Job Responsibilities Sales • Drive the sales budgets and sell thru for the assigned brand • Review the brand sales achievement versus the budgets and take required actions • Provide feedback on product performance of the previous season to the supervisor Store Operations • Adhere to the retail SOPs, retail standards, floor hygiene standards and processes for the store (including omni channel SOPs and processes) • Implement and maintain the planogram as per the defined guidelines • Upload planogram pictures in Wooqer as per agreed timelines • Share planogram feedback with the supervisor and implement approved corrective actions • Implement the VM guidelines with reference to usage of right fixtures, relevant stickers, hangers etc. • Undertake visits to the competition and share information on products and activities of competition • Provide support in driving the no cashier model by assisting in the cashiering process when required Stock Management • Receive stock as per th
