You will act as a key link between Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations to ensure accurate commission calculations, transparent payout processes, and effective incentive structures. The role involves deep analytical work, including performance tracking, forecasting, and benchmarking to assess plan effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. You will contribute to the design of scalable compensation models that align with business strategy and market competitiveness. Accountabilities:
- Administer global sales incentive and compensation plans, ensuring accurate, timely calculation of commissions and payouts.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for sales teams, resolving commission-related inquiries such as disputes, calculations, and system issues.
- Validate incentive calculations, commission structures, and performance metrics while supporting audit and governance processes.
- Partner with Finance, Sales Operations, HR, and Payroll to ensure accurate incentive data, onboarding, and lifecycle changes for employees.
- Analyze sales performance, compensation outcomes, and payout trends to assess plan effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
