Experience working with distributed teams and global stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and support Kanban workflows.
Fluent Commerce or Fluent OMS exposure; willingness to complete Fluent enablement quickly is required.
Legacy OMS experience, especially IBM Sterling OMS or Manhattan OMS.
Experience with commerce platforms, order orchestration, inventory, fulfillment,



or marketplace integrations.
Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools in a structured SDLC.
Experience with CI/CD, code quality gates, release validation, and basic DevOps practices.
