Job Summary

Roastea is hiring a Credit Controller for its Vending Vertical to manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections. The role plays a key part in maintaining healthy cash flow, controlling credit exposure, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve billing and payment-related matters. This position requires solid follow-up skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple Client accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable for the vending business. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing as per agreed commercial terms. Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments. Conduct client visits for payment follow-ups, reconciliations, and issue resolution. Travel locally as required to meet clients for collections and account discussions. Maintain accurate client ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for billing or service-related disputes.



Monitor credit limits and highlight potential risk accounts. Negotiate payment schedules where required. Drive timely collections and work towards reducing overdue balances. Prepare periodic reports on collections and receivables status. Every Month Invoice submission to the clients as per the communicated time line.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.

3to6 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable. Experience in FMCG, beverage, vending, or B2B service industry preferred. Robust knowledge of accounting systems and MS Excel.

Valuable negotiation and communication skills (Kannada and English). Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet collection targets.
