Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance for Electronics, Audio, Computer Operating Systems, Smart Devices, IoT products, and other IT products.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware & software issues.
Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat.
Install, configure, and support Windows, Linux, and macOS.
Identify root causes and resolve customer issues promptly.
Escalate complex issues when required.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and products.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Electronics, Audio, Computer Hardware, and IT products.
Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS.
Knowledge of Smart Devices and IoT products.
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
Excellent communication in Hindi and English.
