Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, printers, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, operating systems, and applications.
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and internet connectivity.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system security.
Perform routine system updates, antivirus monitoring, and data backups.
Maintain IT inventory including computers, peripherals, and software licenses.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of office IT equipment such as projectors, scanners, and communication systems.
Document technical issues and maintain service logs for IT support activities.
Handle SAP related works ( Purchase request, RFQ, PO generation, payment process)
