Role & responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and generate leads.
Handle inbound calls, resolve queries and redirect to concerned departments.
Maintain call records, update customer details in CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly calls and support sales campaigns.
Ensure polite communication and compliance with company policies.
Requirements

Both fresher and experienced can apply
Positive communication skills
Fluent in English,Tamil & Hindi(optional)
Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage call records.
Customerservice orientation and persuasive skills.
