Position: OPT Recruiter (C2C and Full time Bench Sales process)
Experience : 2+years.
Shift Timings;7:30PM IST to 4:30AM IST.
Manage the recruitmentprocess from job posting to onboarding.
Develop and implementeffective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintainrelationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Conduct interviews andassessments to evaluate candidate fit.
