Key Responsibilities
Design and develop layouts for books, journals, magazines, newsletters, and other digital publishing materials.
Create illustrations, infographics, cover designs, marketing collaterals, and promotional materials.
Format and prepare publication files for print and digital distribution, including eBooks and online platforms.
Ensure consistency in typography, branding, color schemes, and visual elements across publications.
Work closely with editors, content developers, and production teams to understand project requirements.
Review and revise designs based on feedback while maintaining quality standards and project timelines.
Optimize graphics and images for web, mobile, and print applications.
Maintain and organize design assets, templates,



and style guides.
Stay updated with publishing trends, design tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
experience in graphic design, preferably within the publishing, media, or e-learning industry would be added advantage
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
Robust understanding of typography, page layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
