We are looking for Site Engineer SCADA for High Speed Rail project in Surat/Ahmedabad location

B.E/B.Tech Engineering Graduate with 7 years of experience or Engineering or Diploma with 10 years of experience in implementation of SCADA Systems during construction phase in Rail-based Transit System projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design review , Installation & Commissioning of SCADA system
Ensure SCADA integration with OCC (Operational Control Centre), power supply, signaling, IDS, telecom, and depot systems.
Configuration & Database Management: Configure SCADA servers, RTUs, HMI screens, alarm logs, and control commands as per NHSRCL specifications.
Testing & Validation: Perform FAT, SAT, and site acceptance tests, point-to-point testing, and functional validation.
Fault Handling & Maintenance Support: Identify communication failures, RTU faults, and ensure quick restoration of traction power monitoring and control.




Documentation & Coordination: Prepare test reports, interface documents, as-built drawings, and coordinate with client, contractor, and consultant.

Skills required

Knowledge of P-SCADA architecture, RTU, HMI, alarms, and OCC operations.

Experience in IEC 61850, IEC-104, Modbus, DNP3, Ethernet, and fiber optic communication.

Solid understanding of traction and distribution power systems (TSS, SP, SSP, ATP, DSS).

Hands-on experience in FAT, SAT, point-to-point testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Ability to integrate and coordinate with power, telecom, signaling, OCC, and depot teams.

Experience in RTU configuration, SCADA database management, alarms, SOE logs, and reporting.
