Roles and Responsibility
Install and commission recent equipment at client sites.
Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular maintenance checks on existing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment using technical skills.
Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the power industry.
Solid knowledge of Diesel Generator Sets, Chillers, Compressors, and Transformers.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Robust attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment.
