Roles and Responsibilities :
Acquire recent customers for current accounts, saving accounts, and other banking products through cross-selling techniques.
Manage existing relationships with clients to increase sales revenue and retain customer loyalty.
Identify prospects to upsell/cross-sell relevant banking products to existing customers.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the organization.
Job Requirements :
6months-6 years of experience in field sales, preferably in banking industry.
Solid knowledge of CA (Current Account) and CASA (Cash Savings Account) sales principles.
Excellent acquisition skills with ability to meet targets consistently.
