JD - Project Management Consultant

Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and business units to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and deliver insightful presentations and progress reports to senior leadership, highlighting key milestones, dependencies, and risks.
Lead comprehensive requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into detailed process flows and functional and technical specifications (FRS, SRS).
Oversee and monitor software development progress through regular meetings, progress trackers, and issue resolution workflows to maintain project timelines.
Manage and coordinate end-to-end testing activities with relevant users to ensure system readiness and quality.
Facilitate the smooth implementation and adoption of IT systems by delivering training sessions and addressing functional and technical queries.




Maintain thorough documentation, project trackers, and risk/issue registers, escalating critical matters proactively to stakeholders for timely resolution.

Skills and Experience:
6 to 10 years, B.Tech, MBA (preferable)
Solid technical background with understanding of complex IT systems.
Experience bridging business requirements and technical solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Expertise in requirement analysis, process mapping, and system documentation with a solid grasp of software development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
Proven problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently in agile settings.
