Role & responsibilities
Identify the BOM/ BOQ for Hardware & Fabrication from customer job order PO & sales dept. inputs.
Basic knowledge of export consignments; familiar with FOB, CIF, Container planning, and export documentation.
Coordination with manufacturing/sourcing department/ Export logistic department, and ensure the supply of hardware and fabrication items as per production schedules.
Prepare and track production plans, work orders, and delivery schedules to ensure timely availability of materials.
Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Production, Quality, and Stores departments for smooth execution of orders.
Prepare and monitor production plans for Castings, Hardware, and Fabrication parts to ensure timely order execution.
Monitor daily production progress and identify delays.
Follow up with internal departments for timely procurement and manufacturing of hardware and fabricated components.
Maintain and update production schedules, dispatch plans, and order status sheet.
Participate in production review meetings.
