We are looking for a highly skilled AI Consultant with 6 to 10 years of overall experience, including solid hands-on experience in AI/ML solution development. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, building, optimizing, and scaling AI models from proof of concept (PoC) to production.

This role requires someone who can not only develop AI solutions independently but also identify the most suitable models for project and client requirements, train datasets effectively, improve model accuracy through research and optimization, and mentor junior developers already working in the R&D; team.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for real-world public sector and operational use cases.
Identify the most appropriate AI/ML models and techniques based on project requirements, data quality, and performance expectations.
Prepare, clean, label, and train datasets for machine learning and deep learning models.
Conduct hands-on model development, experimentation, evaluation, and tuning to improve performance and accuracy.
Research and evaluate recent algorithms, frameworks, and approaches to optimize model outcomes.




Move AI models from PoC stage to production-grade deployment at scale.
Work on model monitoring, performance improvement, retraining strategies, and production optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, data, and program stakeholders to define AI-driven solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers in the team.
Review code, mentor team members, and establish best practices for AI/ML development.
Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with engineering standards and client/program objectives.
Contribute to architecture discussions, technical decision-making, and AI strategy where required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
6 to 10 years of total experience in technology consulting, with significant hands-on AI/ML development experience.
Solid experience in building and deploying machine learning / AI models in production environments.
Proven ability to select the right model architecture/approach based on project goals and technical requirements.
