Key Responsibilities
Provide telephonic and remote technical support to heavy equipment customers in Australia.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues using customer feedback, service reports, fault symptoms, and machine data.
Guide customers and field technicians through systematic troubleshooting to restore equipment functionality.
Support troubleshooting of heavy equipment systems including diesel engines, hydraulic systems, powertrain, transmission, cooling, braking, undercarriage, and mechanical assemblies.
Interpret service manuals, technical bulletins, wiring diagrams, exploded views, and maintenance procedures.
Assist with corrective actions, temporary repairs, preventive maintenance, and minimizing equipment downtime.
Escalate complex technical issues to engineering and product support teams.
Coordinate with spare parts and logistics teams for timely replacement component availability.
Maintain service records, troubleshooting reports, and customer interaction details in service management systems.
Analyze recurring equipment issues and provide feedback for product improvement.
Provide support during Australian business hours and rotational shifts when required.
