Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons for primary school students in accordance with the CBSE curriculum and school guidelines.
Create a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom workplace that encourages curiosity and a love for Mathematics.
Use innovative teaching methods, including hands-on activities, games, storytelling, technology, and real-life applications to simplify mathematical concepts.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning materials to meet academic objectives.
Assess student progress through classwork, assignments, projects, quizzes, and examinations, and provide constructive feedback.
Identify individual learning needs and provide remedial support to help students achieve academic success.
Foster critical thinking, logical reasoning, problem-solving, and numeracy skills among students.
Maintain effective classroom management while ensuring a protected, disciplined, and engaging learning setting.




Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic progress, behaviour, and overall development through PTMs and progress reports.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and academic coordinators to implement best teaching practices and curriculum enhancements.
Participate in school events, training programs, workshops, extracurricular activities, and faculty meetings.
Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, assessment data, and other school documentation.
Integrate digital learning tools and educational technology to enhance classroom teaching and student engagement.
Encourage students to participate in Mathematics-related competitions, activities, and enrichment programs.
Adhere to all school policies, academic standards, and child safety guidelines.
