Planet Green Infra Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly capable Finance Executive with robust expertise in Bank Loan Processing, Loan Restructuring, Financial Documentation, and Banking Coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end banking operations, maintaining lender relationships, preparing financial documentation, and ensuring timely processing of loans and restructuring requirements.

This role requires strong analytical ability, documentation accuracy, and practical knowledge of banking procedures related to corporate finance and lending.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan applications, approvals, renewals, and disbursements.
Manage working capital loans, term loans, project finance, and mortgage-related banking activities.
Prepare and maintain all bank-related financial documentation, including:
CMA Data
Project Reports
Financial Statements
Cash Flow Statements
Loan Proposals
Compliance Documents
Handle loan restructuring / refinancing processes with banks and NBFCs to improve repayment terms or optimize funding structures.
Track EMI schedules, interest obligations, repayment timelines, and covenant compliance.




Liaise with internal teams such as Accounts, Legal, Sales, and Management for required documentation and approvals.
Ensure timely submission of all documentation required for:
Sanction renewals
Credit assessments
Due diligence
Audits
Monitor banking transactions, fund movement, and credit limits.
Build and maintain robust relationships with banking partners, loan officers, and financial institutions.
Support senior management in strategic funding and capital planning decisions.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Banking Operations & Corporate Lending
Expertise in Loan Restructuring / Debt Restructuring
Knowledge of Financial Analysis & Ratio Analysis
Understanding of Project Finance / Real Estate Funding
Strong documentation and compliance management
Valuable negotiation and communication skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance / Commerce / Accounting
MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA preferred
Experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services is highly preferred
