We are looking for a energetic CA professional to bridge the gap between taxation expertise and business growth by supporting our sales teams with technical knowledge and customer guidance.

Role Overview:

As a Chartered Accountant Taxation & Sales Enablement, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Department by providing expert guidance on taxation and compliance matters. You will collaborate with Sales Executives, Team Leaders, and Managers to strengthen product knowledge, address customer queries, and improve conversion rates through technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the taxation subject matter expert for the sales team.

Provide guidance on:
Income Tax
GST
TDS
ROC Compliance
Statutory and Regulatory Matters

Resolve technical queries from sales teams and customers.

Conduct training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing programs to enhance team capabilities.

Participate in customer meetings and presentations whenever taxation expertise is required.

Prepare and review taxation-related sales content, presentations, and customer communication materials.





Keep teams updated on changes in tax laws, compliance requirements, and industry regulations.

Work closely with sales leadership to improve product understanding and drive higher sales conversions.

Support complex customer cases requiring professional taxation insights.

Eligibility
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
Strong knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS, ROC Compliance, and related statutory regulations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain complex taxation concepts in a straightforward and customer-friendly manner

Preferred Skills
Experience in Taxation Advisory, Consulting, Training, or Customer-Facing Roles
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Experience conducting webinars, workshops, or professional training programs
Passion for mentoring and enabling sales teams
