Position: CAD Interior Documentation Specialist

Qualification : Diploma/Degree in Architecture or Interior Design

Location: Kirti Nagar, Current Delhi (Work from Office)

Experience: 13 Years

Industry: Hospitality Interior Design Documentation

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed AutoCAD construction drawings for hospitality interior projects.
Produce:
General arrangement drawings
Interior fit-out drawings
Ceiling plans
Flooring plans
Furniture layouts
Interior elevations
Joinery & millwork details
Sections
Detail drawings
Maintain drawing quality and consistency throughout the project.
Coordinate with Interior Designers, Architects, MEP and Structural consultants.
Incorporate markups and revisions accurately.




Ensure drawings comply with client CAD standards.
Take ownership of assigned drawing packages.

Required Skills

Mandatory
1–3 years of AutoCAD drafting experience.
Robust command of AutoCAD.
Excellent understanding of construction documentation.
Knowledge of:
Interior detailing
Joinery
Furniture detailing
Ceiling layouts
Flooring layouts
Interior elevations
Ability to understand design intent.

Preferred
International project exposure.
Experience with luxury hotel or restaurant projects.
Basic Revit knowledge.
