Role & responsibilities
Monitor and manage daily B2B orders across all e-commerce platforms to ensure timely processing and dispatch.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics and Platforms for Purchase order processing and on-time deliveries.
Communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of operational tasks.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams, logistics partners, warehouses and Platforms.
Proficiency in Hindi and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Basic to Intermediate Level typing speed will be required for this role.
Candidates residing close to the office location will be preferred to ensure ease of commute and operational availability.
Proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to collaborate across departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Female candidates preferred.
