We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager with 10+ years of experience in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, resource planning, and ensuring timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
Develop baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules.
Monitor project progress and identify schedule variances.
Coordinate with project, design, procurement, and site teams.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Conduct delay analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor manpower, material, equipment, and resource planning.
Track project milestones and ensure adherence to timelines.
Prepare MIS reports and presentations for management.
Support tender planning, budgeting, and project execution strategies.




Ensure compliance with contractual timelines and client requirements.
Coordinate with consultants and clients for project progress reviews.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Excellent planning, scheduling, and monitoring skills.
Knowledge of project controls, EVM, and delay analysis.
Robust analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Valuable understanding of construction methodologies.

Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
10+ years in project planning and scheduling.
Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial, residential, infrastructure, hospitals, or industrial projects preferred.
