We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate CPA Trainer to deliver high-quality training for students and professionals pursuing the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification. The ideal candidate should possess solid subject matter expertise in US Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, and Business Concepts, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for CPA candidates.
Teach CPA curriculum subjects, including FAR, AUD, REG, and BAR/Discipline papers as applicable.
Develop lesson plans, study materials, presentations, and practice assessments.
Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students throughout their CPA journey.
Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes.
Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and mock examinations.
Stay updated with changes in the CPA syllabus, exam patterns, and industry developments.
Collaborate with the content development team to enhance learning resources.
Support student success initiatives to improve pass rates and learning outcomes.
Maintain training records and provide regular feedback on student progress.

Required Qualifications
Qualified CPA (US) or CPA candidate with robust academic credentials.




Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Solid understanding of US GAAP, Auditing Standards, Taxation, and Business Concepts.
Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and classroom management skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in online and classroom training environments.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Ability to simplify complex accounting concepts for diverse learners.
Robust interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for teaching and student success.

Experience
1-6years of relevant experience in training, teaching, accounting, auditing, taxation, or finance.
Freshly qualified CPAs with solid communication and presentation skills may also be considered.
