Experience in Banking, Customer Service, BFSI, or Front Office is Preferred Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with banking-related services and guide them through branch processes. Support account opening, passbook updates, cash deposit/withdrawal guidance, and digital banking services. Educate customers on Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, UPI, ATM, and other digital banking channels. Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution or escalation. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain service quality standards. Coordinate with branch staff for smooth day-to-day operations. Promote digital banking and self-service channels.
Maintain customer records and operational reports. Ensure compliance with banking policies, SOPs, and company guidelines. Support branch operations during business hours and special activities.
Required Skills:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude with solid problem-solving ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Willingness to work from the assigned bank branch.
Preferred Profile:
Experience in Banking, BFSI, BPO, Retail, Hospitality, or Customer Support.
Knowledge of branch operations and digital banking services will be an added advantage.
