Supervise daily production activities in the manufacturing unit
Manage manpower, shift planning, and workflow organization
Ensure production targets are completed on time
Monitor product quality and follow GMP/SOP standards
Maintain production records and reports
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments
Handle machine breakdown reporting and basic troubleshooting
Ensure workplace safety and hygiene compliance
Train and guide production workers/operators
Reduce wastage and improve productivity

Qualification
