Lead Generation & Sourcing: Acquire recent customers through open markets, direct sales, and referral networks. Cultivate partnerships with builders, brokers, and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
Loan Processing & Disbursement: Collect and verify customer documents, assess financial eligibility, and ensure accurate application form filling. Coordinate with the credit and operations teams to facilitate smooth processing and timely disbursals.
Customer Relationship Management: Understand client financial requirements and clearly explain product features, eligibility, interest rates, and charges. Address queries and resolve issues efficiently to maximize customer retention.
Portfolio & Risk Management: Monitor repayments, conduct regular follow-ups, and ensure a high-quality, non-performing asset (NPA)-free portfolio.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
