Roles & Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses and learning programs
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
Follow up with prospective leads and maintain customer relationships
Guide candidates through the complete admission process
Achieve individual sales targets and performance metrics
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Robust interest in sales and customer engagement
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of telesales/inside sales will be an added advantage
