Role & responsibilities
Prepare and modify Civil, Structural, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and other MEP drawings using AutoCAD.
Prepare General Arrangement (GA), RCC detailing, reinforcement detailing, steel detailing, foundation, and fabrication drawings.
Develop coordinated MEP layout drawings, including HVAC ducting, chilled water piping, electrical power & lighting, fire alarm, fire fighting, plumbing, drainage, and ELV systems.
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
26 years of experience in Civil, Structural, and MEP drafting.
Proficient in AutoCAD (2D); knowledge of Revit MEP, Revit Structure, Navisworks, or BIM will be an added advantage.
