Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, budgets, and commercial proposals.
Manage project costing, pricing, profitability analysis, and cost control.
Handle contracts, work orders, purchase orders, quotations, and commercial documentation.
Lead vendor evaluation, procurement, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
Manage variation orders, commercial claims, billing, payment certifications, and budget monitoring.
Calculate landed costs for imported furniture, including freight, customs, insurance, and logistics.
Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Logistics, and Project teams.
Prepare MIS reports, profitability reports, budget variance reports, and commercial forecasts.
Drive value engineering,



cost optimization, and commercial compliance.

Preferred Qualification
B.E./B.Tech (Civil) / B.Arch or equivalent.
PG in Quantity Surveying & Contract Management (NICMAR) / Construction Management.
Qualified certifications such as CQS or RICS will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

Experience in Interior Fit-Out, Luxury Furniture, PMC, Construction, or Turnkey Interior Projects is preferred.
