Advantech MEP Consultants Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (AMCE) is seeking experienced specialists for the role of MEP Design Associate / Lead / Manager to strengthen our growing design and engineering team. This position is suited for senior-level candidates with solid technical expertise, leadership capability, and a proven track record in MEP design consultancy projects.
Lead and manage end-to-end MEP design activities for commercial, residential, and industrial projects
Prepare and review MEP design drawings, specifications, and BOQs
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and clients to ensure design integration
Supervise junior engineers and draftsmen and provide technical guidance
Ensure compliance with relevant Indian and international codes and standards
Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and project coordination meetings
Maintain quality, timelines, and cost efficiency across all assigned projects





Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in an MEP Design Consulting Firm
Solid expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design tools
Solid understanding of NBC, IS codes, and international standards
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
