The Role. Lead monetization, revenue generation, partnership development, and wealth protection across the STR and Atman ecosystem. Convert assets, IP, relationships, and brand equity into sustainable revenue streams, partnerships, JVs, and pilot opportunities without diluting brand integrity.

What You'll Own
Revenue & monetization roadmap across STR's portfolio
Strategic partnerships, sponsorships, JVs; equity/cash/hybrid deal structuring
Private-market chance evaluation + inbound deal filtering
Brand-equity protection in every monetization decision
Weekly monetization dashboard + commercial pipeline tracking
Approval frameworks for all revenue activities (jointly with legal + finance)

Required
10+ years across Investment Banking, PE/Growth, Strategic Partnerships, Family Office, Revenue Partnerships, Brand Monetization, or Consumer Brand Scaling
Demonstrated deal closing not just relationship building
Deep literacy in IP protection, brand governance, downside risk
Strong financial + strategic analysis; independent operator with minimal supervision
