Role & responsibilities
Planning and scheduling of Solar Project construction.
Schedule tracking from MSP, Conducting FAT at OEMs factory. Releasing MDCC.
Interact with internal design and engineering team of EPC vertical to get the technical designs, layout, energy prognosis etc.
Assist the team in contracting, cost reduction and maintaining technical standards.
Supervision of ongoing project construction in coordination with EPC contractor to ensure timely completion of the project
Conducting Review meeting with EPC contractors, TBT, and tracking of project schedule.
Responsible to obtain the necessary approvals, NOC, consent required for project commissioning.
Manpower planning, scheduling, job distribution during execution.
Project handover activity and preparation of punch list.
Additional responsibility:
Cost control, facilitating in management/ investors visit at site
Technical due diligence of operating assets / inorganic prospects as and when required.
Preferred candidate profile
Handson in Microsoft Projects software.
Solid execution management and people skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to deal with multiple teams and senior management
Experience of managing multiple contractors
Work Experience & Qualification:
Engineering graduate from a reputed institute (Electrical engineer preferred)
Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in power / renewable sector, of which minimum last 6 years should have been spent on project management/Planning coordination of wind, solar, BESS projects; exposure to BESS/RE RTC/FDRE will be an advantage.
Hands-on experience of project coordination in solar energy. Must have handled projects larger than at least 200MW in size with cumulative experience of 500MW+.
