Role & responsibilities
Set up and maintain beneficiary enrolment and attendance MIS across all Hub and Spoke centres
Compile weekly and monthly MIS reports for internal review and submission to JSW Foundation
Coordinate data from all Hub and Spoke centres into consolidated dashboards
Track output indicators: enrolments, assessments, certifications, placements and enterprise groundings (Phase 1 Udyam/bank-account confirmation)
Maintain assessment result records and certification documentation in coordination with SSC assessment bodies
Assist with assessment agencies in coordination for alignment and scheduling of assessments.

Preferred candidate profile





Graduate in any discipline with basic understand of M&E; framework; proficiency in MS Excel and MIS platforms; knowledge of Skill India Digital Hub (SIDH) portal is mandatory. Prior experience managing data or MIS in a government scheme (PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NSDC) or NGO/CSR programme preferred. Diploma in Computer Applications acceptable in lieu of degree.

Candidates with knowledge of database management using AI tools, Google Workspace (Sheets, Looker Studio or Data Studio for dashboard creation) and experience building programme dashboards will be given preference.
