Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer with 7–11 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years in CICS development. The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Mainframe application development, batch and online processing, production support, and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Mainframe applications.
Develop and support batch programs and online CICS modules.
Debug and resolve production and non-production issues.




Troubleshoot DB2 abends, JCL failures, CICS issues, and data-related defects.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coordinate with onshore teams and client stakeholders for requirement analysis and defect resolution.
Follow security, compliance, and audit standards.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
Support release activities and post-production validation.

Required Experience
7–11 years of Mainframe development experience.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in CICS Development (Development role is mandatory).
Current role should include Development with 20–25% Production Support.
Solid experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and z/OS.
Experience with batch processing, online transactions, and job scheduling.
Experience using File-Aid, Endevor, Xpeditor, Abend-Aid, and ServiceNow.
Positive communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
