We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Client Operations and Management professional with a solid background in the Banking and Financial Services Industry (BFSI). Based out of our corporate hub in Andheri East, you will serve as the primary link between backend execution teams and high-value institutional or retail banking clients.

Role & responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Operational Excellence
Orchestrate end-to-end operational onboarding for premium banking and institutional clients.
Manage, track, and execute complex documentation processes including regulatory compliance, KYC verification, and AML checks.
Review daily transactional feeds and operational outputs to ensure zero-error processing for customer portfolios.
Relationship Management & Retention
Act as the dedicated operational point of contact (POC) for assigned banking clients, proactively addressing service requests, queries, and escalations.
Coordinate cross-functionally with IT, legal, product, and credit appraisal teams to expedite customized client requirements.
Conduct regular operational review meetings with stakeholders to evaluate service levels,



build client trust, and identify upsell prospects.
Process Improvement & Risk Governance
Maintain an advanced level of domain knowledge regarding RBI guidelines, banking regulations, and compliance frameworks.
Analyze recurring processing bottlenecks, operational failures, or customer grievances to implement permanent procedural fixes.
Ensure all client data and financial records strictly align with internal data protection policies and information security protocols.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Commerce, or a closely related field.
Experience: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in banking client management, core operations, relationship desk management, or high-value wealth desk support
