Roles and Responsibilities:
Execute day-to-day Configuration Management activities in line with established policies and procedures, ensuring CMDB functionality is delivered on time.
Plan, deploy, and manage ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping for on-prem and cloud environments, including troubleshooting mapping issues.
Maintain data integrity by supporting CI lifecycle accuracy and attestation with data owners, and performing audits for non-compliance.
Configure and maintain MID Servers, credentials, schedules, and patterns to support automated discovery and service map accuracy.
Support and maintain integrations (including Alfabet-ServiceNow via AIS) to ensure seamless bi-directional data exchange between enterprise architecture and ITSM platforms.
Skills Required:
2 - 4 years of relevant experience in CMDB/ITOM roles in large-scale enterprise settings.
ServiceNow Configuration Management capabilities including CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS resource discovery and CI population (including tagging/classification concepts).
ITOM-focused configuration and operational support for automated discovery and service dependency mapping.
Scripting and automation to support discovery, troubleshooting, reporting, and operational transparency.
Valuable to Have:
Experience with REST APIs and SQL for integrations and data validation.
Experience with Reltio Integration Hub for integration use cases.
