Role & responsibilities:
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Supervise installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
Diagnose faults in wiring, panels, motors, and equipment.
Ensure minimal downtime by quick resolution of electrical issues.
Project & Team Management
Assign tasks to electricians and monitor progress.
Coordinate with other departments (mechanical, civil, production) for integrated operations.
Train junior staff on safety and technical procedures.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to OSHA, NEC, and local electrical codes.
Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
Maintain documentation of inspections, permits, and compliance reports.
Planning & Reporting
Prepare maintenance schedules and allocate resources.
Manage budgets for electrical equipment and spare parts.
Report daily/weekly updates to senior management.
