Role & responsibilities
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Create, maintain and track comprehensive project documentation All trackers like Sample approval, Shop Drawing, Long lead material delivery, modular factory furnitures, TDS etc.
Conduct a project kick-off meeting for all the current projects.
Develop a detailed project plan and track the project every week.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders




Perform risk management to minimise the project risks (Delay Trackers)
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Tracking of client bill submission on time.
Conduct weekly project review meetings.
Visit the site as and when required to cross check the project progress as per planned and actuals.

Preferred candidate profile
Highly proficient in MS Project tool
Proven experience in tracking and managing project progress
In-depth knowledge of project workflows for:
Commercial interior fit-out projects
General contracting projects

Experienced in acting as Project Management Office (PMO) for project execution, ensuring successful project delivery.
