Lead a team of Designers
Evaluate the site for the project feasibility and also check the timeframe required for project completion.
Check Technical feasibility, infrastructure requirement.
Coordinate with the Project Managers to resolve any query or clarity required.
Coordinate with the Operations team to understand their requirement.
Ensure the designs and drawings are completed on time and are as per the stipulation and the guidelines.
Analyze each and every project to ensure improvisation on the next project and communicate the same to the team.
Submit BOQ along with the designs & drawings
Audit site during project stage and also post completion audit is mandatory.
Coordinate with the Functional Heads and the Management in explaining the design efficiency.
Coordinate with MEP / Civil / HVAC / Fire Safety Consultants
Ensure the designs adhere to all the Statutory rules and compliances
