Job Description: LME/ MSR

Location: Chennai, Coimbatore, Guwahati, Ludhiana, Rajkot, Namakkal.

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years

Role Objective-

Drive secondary sales by creating mechanic-led demand. Influence mechanics to recommend Luman products, ensuring retailers increase purchases and distributors see higher billing.

Key Responsibilities-

1 Visit minimum 20 mechanics daily and build robust relationships.

2 Educate mechanics on Luman filters, brake liners, and lubricants.

3 Drive mechanic demand so retailers place orders.

4 Visit minimum 5 retailers daily and ensure stock availability.

5 Push recent product placement through mechanic demand.

6 Leverage personal relationships and market credibility.

7 Track demand generation and report daily activity.
