Role Summary:

The ACM He will be responsible for end-to-end collections strategy and execution across all product linesFarm Equipment, Commercial Vehicles, MSME, Home Loans, and LAPcovering all delinquency buckets (soft, early, mid, and hard). The role demands robust leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a deep understanding of secured and unsecured lending recovery processes

Role & responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Leadership
Develop and execute state-level collection strategies for each product and bucket.
Drive performance through data-driven insights and localized recovery models.
Ensure optimal resource allocation across geographies and products.

Team & Agency Management
Lead a team of Area Collection Managers, Collection Managers, Collection Officers, and outsourced agencies.
Recruit, train, and monitor third-party agencies for field collections and legal recovery.
Conduct regular performance reviews and field audits.

Product-Specific Oversight
Farm Equipment & CV: Manage repossession, asset tracing, and auction processes.
MSME: Handle both secured and unsecured recovery with a focus on business continuity.
HL & LAP: Coordinate legal recovery, SARFAESI actions,



and settlement negotiations.

Bucket-Wise Strategy
Soft Bucket (130 DPD): Focus on tele-calling, reminders, and early resolution.
Mid Bucket (31–90 DPD): Intensify field visits, skip tracing, and restructuring.
Hard Bucket (90+ DPD): Legal action, asset seizure, and settlements.

Compliance & Risk
Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, company policies, and fair practices code.
Monitor fraud indicators and escalate high-risk accounts.

Reporting & Analytics
Provide daily/weekly/monthly MIS to senior management.

Key Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in multi-product collections across secured and unsecured portfolios.
Solid knowledge of legal recovery processes (SARFAESI, arbitration, etc.).
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in collection tools, CRM, and MS Office.

Preferred candidate profile
NBFCs, Banks, Agri-finance, or Commercial Lending institutions.
Experience in rural and semi-urban collections is a solid advantage.
