Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Genesys Cloud solutions for clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design technical solutions.
Implement IVR systems, WFM (Workforce Management) tools, Dialer functionality, and Call Center technology using Genesys platform.
Troubleshoot issues related to telephony, REST APIs, and other integrations with third-party services.
Provide training and support to end-users on Genesys Cloud applications.
