Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure CSR funding, grants, and institutional partnerships.
Build and manage relationships with corporates, donors, government agencies, foundations, and CSR networks.
Identify recent funding prospects and prepare grant proposals, pitch decks, concept notes, and donor presentations.
Lead donor acquisition, engagement, account management, and long-term partnership development.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation aligned with donor objectives.
Represent the organization at conferences, CSR forums, and networking events.
Maintain CRM, fundraising pipeline, donor reports, and partnership documentation.
Achieve fundraising targets while ensuring high donor satisfaction and retention.

Requirements




Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Development Management, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in Fundraising, CSR Partnerships, Resource Mobilization, Business Development, or Donor Management.
Proven track record of securing CSR funding, grants, or institutional partnerships.
Solid proposal writing, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Experience in the Education, Healthcare, or Social Impact sector is preferred.
Willingness to travel as required.
