Grath Entertainment is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Creator Management Trainee to join our team.
In this role, you will help discover and onboard talented content creators across Instagram and YouTube for exclusive association with Grath Entertainment.

Key Responsibilities:
Creator Discovery & Outreach
Identify and research promising creators across Instagram and YouTube.
Explore creators across categories such as Beauty, Skincare, Wellness, Lifestyle, Fashion, Food, and Entertainment.
Evaluate creators based on content quality, engagement, and overall brand fit.
Reach out to creators and introduce Grath Entertainment's creator management services.
Assist in onboarding creators and maintaining long-term relationships.
Creator Database Management
Maintain creator lists and outreach trackers.
Update creator information and onboarding status regularly.
Ensure proper follow-ups and communication with creators.
Market Research
Stay updated with social media trends and emerging creators.
Keep track of popular content formats and industry developments.
Research creators and competitors to identify recent opportunities.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with the Influencer Marketing and Brand teams.
Support internal coordination to ensure smooth creator onboarding and management processes.
Desired Skills:
Passion for social media and the creator ecosystem.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and influencer marketing.
Robust research and organizational abilities.
Familiarity with Google Sheets.
Familiarity with South Indian or North-Eastern languages will be an added advantage.
Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Internship experience in Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, or Talent Management will be an added advantage.
