We are investing heavily in technology and are looking for an experienced Digital Platforms & Software Manager to lead the development of our software platforms, business systems and digital transformation initiatives.

This role will work directly with senior management in Australia and play a key role in building the future technology of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and enhancement of our proprietary electronic security platform (Secure).
Manage software development projects from concept through to deployment.
Design and implement integrations between multiple business systems.
Build APIs and automate business workflows.
Develop dashboards, reporting tools and business intelligence solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology.
Manage external software developers and technical vendors.
Ensure systems are secure, scalable and reliable.
Research and implement AI solutions across the business.
Build and lead an internal software development team as the company grows.

Essential Skills & Experience




Strong experience with Python.
Robust experience with JavaScript / TypeScript.
Experience with React or Next.js.
Experience with Node.js or .NET Core (C#).
Strong knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations.
Experience with SQL databases (Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL or MySQL).
Experience working with Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
Experience with Git/GitHub version control.
Understanding of software architecture and scalable application design.
Experience integrating third-party software platforms.
Robust problem-solving and project management skills.
Excellent English communication skills.

Highly Desirable
Experience with AI technologies and Large Language Models (OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, etc.).
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience with Power BI.
Experience with access control, CCTV or electronic security systems.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
