Responsibilities:
Install, configure, test, and commission CCTV Surveillance Systems, Access Control Systems, and AV Solutions.
Execute project activities related to video conferencing systems, interactive displays, commercial displays, projectors, LED video walls, and audio systems.
Configure and maintain DVRs, NVRs, IP Cameras, Video Management Systems (VMS), and networking equipment.
Conduct site surveys and assess project requirements prior to installation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security and AV systems.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks to ensure optimal performance.
Provide user training and technical guidance to clients after installation and commissioning.
Maintain installation reports, service records, project documentation, and technical reports.
Ensure adherence to company standards,



project specifications, and safety guidelines.
Support the project and service teams in achieving successful project completion and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma/Bachelors degree in Electronics, IT, Networking, Electrical, or related field
Positive knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, networking, and AV/display technologies
Basic understanding of IP networking, cabling, and system configuration
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle installation and maintenance activities independently
Good communication and coordination skills
Familiarity with MS Office and technical reporting
Ability to work in office and travel when required
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
