Role & responsibilities:
Coordinate with site team and provide technical guidance.
Planning and scheduling all the activities on site and ensure that all the work is getting executed.
The candidate will be responsible to supervise the day to day management of the site which includes monitoring the site labour force and the work of subcontractors.
Coordination with internal and external client.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet project goals.
Track project progress and report updates to management.
Should have knowledge of various building norms and material specifications.
Daily monitoring of construction progress, considering quality concerns, and ensuring job site safety considerations are addressed.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and site protocols
Positive understanding of construction sequencing and quality standards
Ability to manage multiple activities under timelines
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.

Preferred candidate profile:
Candidate with BE-Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 4 to 5 years of Experience preferred.
Local candidates preferably residing in Kandivali or nearby areas, will be preferred.
