Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial record-keeping, and support the finance team in maintaining compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and journals
Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payment vouchers
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
Process employee expense claims and reimbursements
Maintain petty cash records
Support month-end and year-end closing activities




Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments/collections.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or other accounting software
Robust knowledge of MS Excel
Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
Valuable analytical and numerical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Solid communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar role
Knowledge of accounting standards and compliance regulations
